Company Overview
Eamonn Prone was the Founder & CEO, who established the business in 2019 through the acquisition of a single nursing home. He subsequently grew it through acquisition and development into one of Ireland’s leading care platforms.
The project combined strong operational systems, robust clinical governance, and a deep commitment to ESG principles. At the heart of the project was a relentless focus on quality, which was recognised through best-in-class HIQA compliance.
Through a carefully executed buy-and-build strategy, alongside ongoing extensions of existing homes, the platform has grown to 12 locations with over 850 beds. Extensions will increase the overall footprint to 1,150 beds.
